Our tourist tax was charged double and the manager didn't want to help us. We had to pay it twice or we wouldn't get into the room and no refund. Manager was very unfriendly and misanthropic. Parking was also unavailable until 3PM, although there were still lots of available spots, as only 5 rooms were booked (with a reason...). So don't book this to visit Constanz over the weekend as it won't have any use. The living room only had one one-person couch, although being a 2-people bedroom... The hotel was really arranged so that you wouldn't have any way to come into contact with anyone of the staff. The front desk is even hidden behind a fake wall, except for during breakfast hours. Feels like it's run by robots. Even other guests were laughing at how weird it feels and how terrible the management is. The phone number and doorbell stay also totally unanswered. For the rest, the rooms were clean and good looking, breakfast was also good and the breakfast staff was very friendly, but for the reasons mentioned above, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Meine Familie und ich hatten ein sehr tolles verlängertes Wochenende in diesem schicken und stylischen Hotel. Wir können nichts beanstanden und sind rundum zufrieden. Die Lage, die Auswahl bei Frühstücksbuffet, die komfortablen Zimmer, alles hat gepasst ! Auch ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter. Jeder war gut drauf und sehr zuvorkommend. Bei Problemen gab es schnelle Lösungen. Macht weiter so 😊🙏

Keine Kundenorientierung oder Service bezüglich der Parksituation in und am Hotel !! Der Gast muss dann in die Tiefgarage für 12€/Tag. Kundenservice und Orientierung sind hier nicht vorhanden. Unverschämtheit dem zahlenden Kunden gegenüber ! Ob hier wirklich die Geschäftsleitung angereist ist, sehr fraglich !! Aussage der Rezeption „Im Parkhaus um die Ecke kostet es auch 12€ Tolles Argument dafür 👍🤮 Selbst der Behindertenparkplatz wurde mit reserviert gekennzeichnet. Tolle Managment Leistung, dafür gibt es den goldenen Hotel Award!😂😠 Auch ein Hinweis, dass sich die GL mit mir noch besprechen könnte, wurde von dieser GL nicht in Erwägung gezogen. Sehr sehr schwach !! Auf nochmalige Reklamation am Abreise Tag wurde die Parkgebühr widerwillig von der GL erlassen. Die Mitarbeiter können einem Leid tun, sie sind meist freundlich und müssen den Unmut der Gäste aushalten. Parkplätze bei Verfügbarkeit in der Tiefgarage 12€ per Tag möglich. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze für die Hotelgäste ausgewiesen, auch hier solange Vorrat reicht. 2 E-Ladesäulen oben und in der Tiefgarage sind vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage warum hier andere, nicht E-Fahrzeuge, parken, bekam ich die Antwort „Hier können alle Fahrzeuge parken die Hotelgäste sind. Elektrofahrzeuge werden an der Ladestation nicht bevorzugt für das Parken bevorzugt!“ Was für ein unsachliches Verhalten des Hotels!!! Kundenservice Null. Elektromobilität ist nicht angekommen, bzw. ein Fremdwort au einer weit entfernten Galaxy !

Stopping here for a night while passing through turned out to be a solid choice. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a short stay. The reception team was welcoming and professional, making check-in smooth and easy. That said, my TV didn’t work. Not a huge deal since I wasn’t planning on staying up late, but it’s something that should ideally be checked beforehand. One standout feature was the gym—well-equipped for a hotel in this category, even featuring a boxing bag, which is a nice extra. It’s definitely more than just a treadmill-and-dumbbells setup, making it a solid option for those who want to squeeze in a proper workout. Breakfast was another highlight. I’ve noticed that when it comes to Hamptons specifically, the ones in Germany consistently offer some of the best breakfast quality compared to those in other countries. Great selection, fresh ingredients, and better execution than you often find in the brand’s other locations. Parking in the garage across the street was reasonably priced and just a short walk, making it convenient. And while the TV issue was an inconvenience, the hotel handled it well, offering a small bar credit as a gesture—great service recovery. Overall, the price-to-value ratio here is excellent. A well-run hotel with solid amenities, good breakfast, and an overall easygoing experience. Would definitely stay again.

Wir haben sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht mit des Hampton Hotels, stand eine Mann * Name Herr Kasaa Supervisor Hampton Hotel Konstanz hinter der Rezeption, die uns gänzlich ignorierte. Keine Begrüßung, keine Reaktion, keine gute Service 🫕 (Sofort Kündigen) Ein furchtbar unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter. Gott sei Dank nur eine Übernachtung. Noch nie habe ich so etwas erlebt. NIE, NIE WIEDER😂
