First, Gustav and Lucas...thank you! An amazing gem of a find! The Rio de Janeiro apartment was not really a kitchenette, it felt more like a small luxury studio apartment. Location,ambience, amenities, the rooftop terrace...all first rate! But that is not really what made this property special: it was the staff. Up front Gustav and Lucas were professional and mindful. More than that however, they were friendly and kind. In the end we ended up becoming lasting friends. Upon leaving the Rioca Posto 5 we felt like we had just spent a vacation with family! Thank you again Gustav and Lucas for an amazing stay! Thank you also to the rest of the staff ( Lola you rock!!) who made our stay so pleasant and memorable! I will be returning to Neu-Ulm next Spring for a long term stay and I will definitely be booking with the Rioca Posto 5!

Obwohl mit Parkplätzen in der Tiefgarage und E-Laeestaionen geworben wird ist hier Fehlanzeige. Bei Ankunft wird einen gesagt man kann sich irgendwo in Ulm einen öffentlichen Parkplatz suchen.. für uns der letzte Aufenthalt hier , Frühstück überteuert

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr gut und das Personal ist allgemein sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet und eher klein. Unser Zimmer lag sehr ruhig und wir konnten mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Was wichtig ist, da die Zimmer keine Klimaanlage haben und es im Sommer sehr heiß im Zimmer wird. Das Bett ist nicht sehr groß und hat nur eine Matratze und diese war auch noch ziemlich weich. Kostenlose Parkplätze.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war wahnsinnig nett. Aber sonst nichts besonderes. Für eine Nacht ok aber sehr laute " Mitbewohner" die, die halbe Nacht von Fenster zu Fenster schreien. Den Zimmerpreis finde ich nicht gerechtfertigt.
