Horrible service. Do not buy in this shop. I ordered a guitar on March 28. Since my payment, the guitar has not been sent on April 28. Futhermore, I have contacted several times through emails and no response. I have done a reclamation through Paypal and the shop have provided a tracking number for other customer´s order (To France and I live in Spain). Avoid this shop EDIT: About the answer from the shop About the store's response I have graphic proofs from DHL, from my store profile, emails and PayPal messages that attest to the following: - The shipment was never made - A tracking number was given to paypal that was not mine - They never answered my emails requesting information. - In my store profile it appears in process regarding shipping - They never informed me that there was a problem with the shipment, since they have never contacted me again after the payment, neither by email nor through a dispute in Paypal. - Coincidentally, after this review, the payment is returned and they allege a problem with DHL to wash their image. I INSIST: AVOID BUYING IN THIS STORE
