The young beautiful receptionist is the only person in this clinic that is worthy of star. I brought my child to the doctor because her entire body itches and since the clinic is closer to the kindergarten I decided to bring my child there. The very rude, arrogant, most stupid question that she asked me was “warum kommen Sie hier? Sie müssen zum Kinderarzt gehen”, i just told her that I had been to Kinderarzt before and the Kinderarzt already did an allergy test and that my child have “Eiweiß allergy”, but the creams she gave before didn’t help much and that my child still itches until now. She said again, “gehen Sie nächste mal zum Kinderarzt“, it’s like telling me “do not come here anymore”, I just asked her if she can give/prescribe cream to my child which she did. My other six year old daughter even understood how rude the doctor was, that she asked me “mama did you come here for no reason? What a shame! If she doesn’t want small children in her clinic, she should write it on her front door or instruct her secretaries not to accept children or write it on their website! (By the way, we don’t depend on the government or from people’s taxes).
