Sehr Gute Erfahrungen. Unsere Küchenfachberaterin Fr. Freckhaus konnte unsere Erwartung vollkommen erfüllen. Sonderwünsche und das visuell darzustellen, wurden von Ihrer leichtens ins Programm übernommen. Gerne wieder. Nun heisst es etwas warten Küche gekauft.

if you need your kitchen within a year, please choose Meda!! The service team excels at two things: making you wait and shifting the blame to the factory. If you post the truth on Facebook or Instagram, they block your account. The staff at the branch are nice and friendly, but they are just salespeople. Once you transfer the money, they can't do anything, and you can't do anything either, except wait. The minimum waiting time is two months. Timeline: 03/10: First Payment 25/01: Second Payment 01/02: First Visit 08/04: Second Visit 08/05: Third Visit 24/06: Fourth Visit Details of Events: February: The first installation was scheduled, but the installer didn't have the necessary tools to complete the job. I had to wait until April. April: Staff came to my house and broke some parts of the kitchen, causing further delays until May. May: During their third visit, they broke more parts. Now I have to wait until the end of June (24/06) for their fourth visit. It's absolutely unacceptable that I have to wait two months each time your team makes a mistake. The repeated delays and damages have caused me significant inconvenience and frustration. Additionally, as shown in the photos I provided, the work does not meet the required standards. The gap between the back panel and the upper cabinet is large and very noticeable. I reported this issue to the branch staff, who were helpful, but I was told I need to wait because the supervisor or a senior staff member from the Dispo team is on vacation. It's unbelievable that customers have to wait because someone is on holiday and no service is provided during this time. From all the replies from the Meda team, it seems perfectly fine for them to keep their customers waiting indefinitely, as long as the problem gets resolved eventually—no matter how long it takes. The most frustrating part is their refusal to directly contact the customer to find a solution. Instead, you're constantly told to "wait, wait, wait." And their working principle is: "letztmalig teilen wir Ihnen mit, dass laut unserer Geschäftsführung kein früherer Termin erfolgen wird
