Ich bin begeistert - vom ersten Gespräch über die Vorstellungen bis zum fertigen Ring. Unsere Erwartungen wurden komplett erfüllt, die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und nach etwas Wartezeit durfte ich mein individuelles Schmuckstück abholen. Die Beratung war wunderbar und ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir werden unsere Eheringe sicher auch hier fertigen lassen. He stole my gold. Always check what you get back. I went here to tighten the ring Grandma had left me. Her hands were much bigger than mine, the ring needed a lot of tightening. I therefore asked to also have back the piece of gold removed from the ring once it was tightened. What I was given back in a rushed way was instead a piece of gilt silver! Unfortunately I only realised this now after more than 3 years because I just noticed the oxidation typical of silver (I kept it toghether with the gold) and on close inspection the alloy is clearly not gold and very different from the gold of my grandmother's ring. Unfortunately, I trusted this jeweller, I shouldn't have, and didn't worry at the time to check on close inspection that it was the same alloy. By now I no longer live in Heidelberg or Germany and there is no point in going back just for it. But I can at least inform you not to trust this jeweller and always check what you get back. I remember that when he gave me back the supposed piece taken out of the tighten ring there was a huge mess on his table and I hope that this has happened by mistake. I do not know though: it's a very peculiar mistake resulting in he stealing my gold. Which wasn't much, less than 1 g I hope. However, what happened is highly unprofessional, untrustworthy and extremely annoying for me not only for the loss in value but also because now I do not have a piece to make it larger again in case of need.
