The new Pho is so bad restaurant. They force us to give an extra fee when we pay on the machine, minimum 10% !!! They don’t give us another choice. We’d like to give a tipp as long as we’re satisfied with the restaurant, it’s not a must. Even the service is really bad. They took our bowls when we were still eating without asking permission ! How can they ask us to give more tipp by giving us a bad service?
