Ich war wegen Schmerzen im unteren Rücken dort. Die ersten 10-15 Min. der nicht billigen Std. waren eine Präsentation über die Chiropraktikmethode. Wissenschaftlich schwer haltbare Theorien und Empfehlungen (z.B. wie der Körper Kohlensäure aus Mineralwasser abgibt) folgten anschließend, am Ende wurde dann eingerenkt. Das Problem blieb, hinzu kamen Kopfschmerzen, die allerdings nach 1 Woche nachließen. Nie wieder!

Ich konnte mich Herrn Dauenhauer gegenüber von der ersten Minute ungehemmt öffnen, da er eine unglaubliche Ruhe und Vertrauenswürdigkeit ausstrahlt. Auf die Termine freue ich mich jedesmal riesig, da ich sowohl an schlechten als auch an guten Tagen deutlich besser gelaunt rein gehe, wie ich rauskomme. Und trotz des Altersunterschieds habe ich das Gefühl, dass es sich jederzeit in meine Lage reinversetzten kann. Für meinen ersten Termin war es schwierig jemand telefonisch zu erreichen. Nachdem ich dann eine E-Mail geschrieben hatte um einen Termin anzufragen, dauerte es gerade einmal 3 Tage bis ich einen Rückruf hatte und der Termin war direkt in der folgenden Woche. In anderen Praxen habe ich teilweise Wochen gewartet, bis eine Antwort kam, meist mit Terminvorschlägen auf die ich mehrere Monate warten musste. Ich kann für die Praxis meine größte Empfehlung aussprechen

Es kam kein Vertrauen zustande. Die Atmosphäre in den Räumen wirkte wie in den 70er Jahren, viel Orange Deko. Ich fühlte mich nicht gut aufgehoben. Die Wellenlänge stimmte nicht.

Ich bin durch einen Zufall auf die Praxis gestoßen, da mein Retainer brach, welcher ein anderer Zahnarzt einsetzte. Dr. Goedicke hat alles wieder in Ordnung gebracht und mir zusätzlich noch 3 Zähne aufgefüllt. Mit seiner Arbeit war ich so zufrieden, dass ich heute nochmals dort war, um mir 2 weitere Zähne auffüllen zu lassen. Dr. Goedicke besserte mir sogar einen Zahn kostenlos aus. So etwas kommt heutzutage auch selten vor... Ich bin dankbar und voll des Lobes für seine Arbeit. Er und das gesamte Praxisteam sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben. Vollste Zufriedenheit und Weiterempfehlung meinerseits!

I don’t have single words to describe my experience so I am writing it all. I went to this dentist in 2023 for regular check up and was told that the cavities that I had(were told are very small by another dentist) are becoming bigger so I asked him for solution and was told that I can go for tooth filling and the public insurance would only cover basic ceramic ones. The tooth coloured ones would cost 110-130 or so. I remember at another dentist I don’t know if it’s tooth coloured or not but the good ones are around 30€ but that was in 2019 so I thought the price range is okay but my bf had normal ceramic filing and were fine for the last 10 years so I went for the ones covered in the public insurance. The filling was done on my 2 sides of the jaw. On this day, I couldn’t eat anything as I had pain of Anaesthesia for the whole day and after this the sensitivity I used to have for my tooth got even worse. Surprise Surprise, one of the filling on right side broke on the 3rd day when I was travelling to office, I immediately called insurance after reaching the office and TK said usually the broken filling are under 2 years warranty. As I was with broken filing, I immediately went to the dentist and asked him to repair it and he said the ceramic ones don’t have any warranty. I got confused and told them what I was told by TK but they didn’t accepted it and said they can do a filing for the same tooth only in 2 years again(as per insurance which I don’t know). I was left with no option except to pay and get it repaired so I decided to go for the tooth coloured one and paid 130 or so.My issue with sensitivity continued after this and whenever asked the dentist said he can’t say what’s the reason and that no research can say it as per his knowledge. I believed him and plan to take dental insurance so I can get the other tooth also into the tooth coloured filling. I had to wait as there is a waiting period for the dental insurance. During this time from March 2023 to Nov 2024, the filling on the left side of the jaw also got cracks and when I went to the dentist he said it’s not broken so it’s okay if I want to wait for the waiting period to be finished. Also had the sensitivity issue all the while. In dec 2024, I asked for an appointment for changing the filing of the other 3 parts to tooth coloured ones. On the 1st appointment, the dentist changed it on left side for one tooth and I preferred Anaesthesia as usual but after this I had the sensitivity on this tooth for a whole week until I had the next appointment. I asked the dentist on the next appointment why is it so and he said again the same thing as we don’t know why people have sensitivity, we do filing for 10 tooth for a person and he will have sometimes sensitivity for only 1 tooth and as per my research it’s very different for everyone. Then they started the filing process and also gave me Anaesthesia and this time on 2 sides of the jaw. After some time, the numbness of right side was too much and I asked the dentist why it is so and he said may be I might not have given the Anaesthesia at the same spot on both sides, I felt unsafe at that time as I was not sure what that even mean for my jaw later, the process was finished and I waited to pay at the reception. The receptionist said I need to pay 470, I was shocked because the dentist told me it’s 130 per tooth so overall it should be 390 so I asked her the same, she then went into the patient room next to the reception 2-3 times, she was checking the computer at the reception but I am not sure if she checked the computer or anything else in the patient room and after sometime she said it’s 399€ and I asked her again why 399 she said the factor is more for a tooth, I don’t know what does it exactly mean so I paid. (Later I checked that they charge you based on how much filling they used and it’s called factor- may be I could be wrong, but as my tooth is important, I paid). I left the hospital and went to office on that day and I had pain on the right side a lot in the next hours and also for the next 5 days.
