Ich war heute dort, um die Batterie meiner Bulova Uhr tauschen zu lassen. Beim Abgeben der Uhr wurde mir ein Preis von 12 € genannt. Beim Öffnen stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass die Uhr ein spezielles Uhrwerk hat und daher eine deutlich teurere Batterie benötigt. Da wir aber ursprünglich die 12 € als Preis vereinbart hatten, musste ich nichts extra zahlen. Das fand ich sehr fair und kundenfreundlich. Hat mich wirklich sehr gefreut.

I came here for a battery change on three watches — Fossil, Fastrack, and Timex Expedition. I was initially told the price would be €12 per watch, which I agreed to. However, after the service, I was charged €25 for the Timex without any clear explanation. They didn’t set the time or date correctly either, and no water resistance test or extra service was provided. I later saw reviews where others were charged fairly even when the watch was more complicated. I really wish I had been treated the same way. The battery works, but the lack of clarity and the sudden price jump felt unfair.
