Actually one star is too much for them!!..I am not talking about the doctor as i did not get chance to meet him but i am specifying the nurses. They are all very unfriendly, rude, helpless (as I am foreigner)!!! I told them that i have severe heartburn with bleeding and what was their answer! we don't have any appointment until May or you can search for another! I am pharmacist here in Germany and i feel so sad to see these people working in the biomedical field... Very bad experience with them!

Am incompetent doctors, terrible nurses, waiting times are crazy, unless you are a pensioner. Avoid at all costs.
