I called them and asked them if they have free slots for newembership and they said No, probably because I am not a native German speaker and they could tell that I am a foreigner from my language. Next day I asked my wife (Germany born) to call and they said they have more than enough spaces for new memberships. The lady at the reception is not only racist but also a bit rude.
