Klare Empfehlung von meiner Seite. Von Anfang bis Ende habe ich mich bei meinen Neuwagenkauf sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Rock war zu jeder Zeit auf Augenhöhe und stets angenehm. Grosses Lob an dieser Stelle an Herrn Rock für seine Bemühungen.

I would like describe my situation. You can translate it. I know they will do nothing with it but it's for you dear customers. I would like to buy BMW in this autohaus, I was driving 3,5 hours to see the car. Of course I was mailing with mr Klaus Rock before, and we made appoitment. After seeing the car I told to mr Klaus I need one night to think about transaction and tommorow I will let him know. Next day I wrote e mail to mr Klaus with my decission and I would like to confirm the purchase of the car. He didt answer. I called to mr Rock and he said he doesnt have time to talk to me and he will call me back. He didnt call me back... To be sure I sent second e mail but again no answer... After weekend I called to mr Rock again and he told me that is a problem with car and the car has been sold... I read here about a similar situation but I thought it was impossible for it to happen (in professional autohaus!!!), but it happened to me too. This is really big lack of professionalism (still) and how I was treated as customer. Of course I can buy a car at another autohaus where is a more professional team, but maybe if someone will find his dream car here and this situation will happen can be hard. The decision to buy a car is not always easy. Of course no reaction from mr Ralf... but I am not surprised. (I wrote e mail to mr Ralf). Big shame, big mess, you buy or goodbye. Decide for yourself if you want to trust this place and these people. All best for you customers and be careful
