My experience with this dealer was disappointing and simply a waste of time. I contacted them regarding a BMW M2 that they were selling and asked about the buyback option (Inzahlungnahme) they offer as a BMW certified dealer. A salesman, mr Volodymyr Stepaniuk, responded after a few days and sent me checklist to fill out for the car that I was willing to offer as a buyback. I filled out the list and sent it over. Several days went by and nothing came back. I followed up and he reassured me that a response will follow soon. It’s been 3 weeks, no response has come back and I just saw that the car that I contacted them about, has just been sold. If this is how you treat customers that are willing to spend multiple thousands of euros, you should be ashamed.
