I was very pleasantly surprised. During my trip from Spain to Lithuania,my MB Gl550 the generator broke down. The nearest service available was this team , who accepted us immediately despite having a lot of work. A very friendly team, and the reception even allowed us to stay inside with our dog. After repairing the issue and installing a new generator, they gave us recommendations on how to fix other problems they had diagnosed — completely free of charge. Thank you very much for your professionalism and willingness to help us. We were able to continue our journey without any problems. P.S. After the repair, we received the car absolutely clean and washed :) As a gift, we were given branded license plate frames. This was the best service experience I’ve ever had at a Mercedes center in Europe.

Wenig serviceorientierter Ersatzteil Bereich, jedenfalls am Telefon, leider hat sich gegenüber des Vorgängerunternehmens Kulow nichts geändert. Die Produkte der Marke Mercedes sind die letzten Jahrzehnte nicht besser geworden, deswegen sollte sich zumindestens der Service verbessern.
