Meine Erfahrung mit dieser Werkstatt war leider absolut enttäuschend. Es scheint, als würden hier hauptsächlich unerfahrene Azubis arbeiten, die kaum Ahnung von Autos haben. Mehr als Öl- oder Reifenwechsel können die anscheinend nicht. Man hat das Gefühl, dass es der Werkstatt nur ums Geld geht, nicht um eine gute Reparatur.

I’d give a -5 if I could. I needed a recall fixed on my US spec vehicle - this was the only place in the area that would do it. I called, emailed, and went there SEVERAL times (over the course of a good month) before someone finally got back into contact with me about it. The recall information was in English (of course), but I was told it would take about 2 weeks to get it translated. Cool. I waited TWO MONTHS and called them back and asked what was going on. They told me they still hadn’t gotten it transferred and that they were waiting on someone else to do it. I asked if I could do it, they said yes. I uploaded the documents into an AI translator and sent them back - the whole process took 20 minutes for 2 recalls (one mandatory, one optional). I sent them back, they said they would call later on with an appointment. Weeks later I get a call saying they ordered the fuse. Did they? I doubt it. I finally moved home (womp womp) and up until a few days ago (mid March) had still not received a call. It has been 3 months shy of a YEAR of fighting with them to fix a FUSE. Respectfully this place sucks 😊
