Nachbauten passen so schlecht, dass Man das Zeug am liebsten auf den Schrott schmeißen würde. Die Firma Diederichs ( klingt zwar deutsch, aber anscheinend managen Leute aus Drittländern mit kaum Deutschkenntnissen den Laden ) nimmt das Ersatzteil nicht zurück. Ich kann nur hoffen, dass meine Bewertung den ein oder anderen Kauf verhindern wird.

Perfekter Service und ein hervorragend gepflegter Sprinter aus 2017! Neben dem tadellosen Fahrzeug, das uns sauber wie eine neue Limousine übergeben wurde, muss der besondere Service durch Herrn Ter Hoeven hervorgehoben werden, denn wir hatten wenige km vor deren Autohaus mit unserem nagelneuen Abholfahrzeug eine Reifenpanne, und Herr Ter Hoeven kam kurzerhand mit seinem Abschlepper, lud den Wagen auf und brachte uns am Freitag nachmittag noch kostenlos zu seinem Reifenhändler, der sogar mit passenden Reifen für unseren 300 E aufwarten konnte. Was für ein toller Service! Lieber Tijmen, vielen Dank!

Avoid This Company – Dishonest and Unprofessional Our experience with this dealership was nothing short of frustrating and ultimately felt like a scam. We initially found a car listed on mobile.de and contacted the company through the platform. Communication before our visit seemed promising—they assured us that everything was in order, confirmed our ability to purchase as a company, and stated that we could take the car immediately after payment. Based on this, we traveled from Czechia to Germany expecting a smooth transaction. However, from the moment we arrived, red flags started appearing. The car’s battery was completely dead, requiring cables to start, and they simply left us alone to inspect it. When we requested a test drive, we were told it would only be possible after agreeing on the price—an odd and unprofessional policy. Despite this, we agreed, completed the test drive, and decided to proceed. The next issue arose during the payment process. Despite previously confirming what documentation was required, they suddenly asked for additional company paperwork, which delayed everything. We transferred the money and immediately provided confirmation, but they made us wait for three hours with no clear explanation. We were told if the money didn’t arrive in five minutes, it would be processed the next day—so why were we forced to wait? Eventually, after much frustration and repeated requests, they finally handed over the paperwork. We also had to remind them of the promised battery replacement, spare tire, and jack, which they seemed reluctant to provide. Unfortunately, the real nightmare started after we left. About 200 km into our journey home, the Check Engine light appeared. The next day, we took the car for the required technical inspection, which it failed due to an oil leak. While this was already concerning, what we discovered next was absolutely shocking—the odometer had been rolled back. A Mercedes-Benz service technician confirmed that the car had 472,192 km recorded in a previous diagnostic, while the current odometer showed only 337,962 km. This is clear evidence of fraud. We immediately contacted the company about this serious issue, expecting at least some form of resolution. However, after our second email, they simply responded that they had done nothing wrong and were “not afraid” of legal action. Given their complete lack of accountability, we took the next steps ourselves—we reported the case to the Czech Trade Inspectorate, which is now working with German authorities to ensure this company is properly investigated. If you are considering buying a car from this dealership, don’t. Their deceptive practices and dismissive attitude toward fraud make them completely untrustworthy. Stay far away.
