Ich bin vor 3 Tagen zu S-Tec zur Beratung gefahren, wurde super beraten und habe sofort das Giant TCR bestellt. Das Rad ist heute schon abholbereit gewesen, inklusive meiner installierten DT Swiss Laufräder, welche ich noch vor der Abholung dort vorbeigebracht habe. Bei der Abholung wurde ich super über die installierte DI2 Schaltung informiert und mir wurden alle Details des Rads erklärt. Das Rad wurde perfekt auf mich eingestellt und zu jeder Frage habe ich kompetente Antworten erhalten. Mir wurde auch bei der Montage meiner Scheibenbremsen auf einem anderen Laufradsatz, welcher nicht zum bestellten Rad gehört, geholfen. Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen, hier sein nächstes Rennrad zu kaufen.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!🙈🙈 I ordered a Giant TCR SL in the team color and received (without any consultation) a complete different color bike. STECsports/Henning Schwiese is not willing to come up with a solution. He even dares to threaten me by writing "Believe me, you will not drive the bike in the next 12 month or longer". I have never had such a worse xperience. STECsports is making a huge mistake, but won't take any responsibility. I posted the orderconformation and the invoice. As you can see; they both mention the SL in team color! But I recieved a green bike and I have to admit, it's a nice bike but not the bike that i would like to have. Read the orther negativ reviews and stay away from STEC Sports/Henning Schwiese; if there exist problems than it will be all your mistake. I experienced this man as aggressive! This is not what you expect from a german compagny. I'm not a fan of writing negativ reviews online; but STEC Sports deserve this review. Delevering a wrong color bike and then he even dares to threaten me instead of saying sorry for his huge, huge mistake. It's a shame that this man is a Giant dealer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!
