From my personal experience: The office translated a document for me from Arabic to German, there was a clear mistake in my mothers surname, for which i attached a document with my handwriting the correct name, just to avoid such mistakes! Despite it they wrote the surname wrong. They refused to correct it and were very strict not give my money back! A single document cost me 130,90 euro and with wrong details.
