I went to this practise based on a recommendation but sadly I would not recommend it myself. I have to say the experience was very traumatising and I am still left feeling depressed months after my appointment. Basically I went in with pain in one tooth and a cavity in another...after two quick x-rays and not much communication (well basically nothing) the dentist began as she put it "removing the cavities" she focused on one tooth but ignored the tooth that I had pain and instead started grinding at a different tooth. In the end, without telling me in advance what she was doing she'd removed so much of two of my teeth that I required half crowns on both of them. I understand if the filings were so deep that this treatment was required but without any communication before hand I was left feeling very uneasy and quite confused to be honest. They replaced them with temporary filings and sent me home. Without any advice on how to deal with these filings one fell out within days as I flossed (which apparently I wasn't supposed to) but they didn't tell me anything. I had terrible pain after it fell out, I couldn't even drink water. I went back and the dental nurse put another one in. An overall painful experience. A week later my real pain came back and I assumed it was the tooth that she ignored at the first appointment. I called the praxis and explained how much pain I was in and she told me over the phone that she was fully booked and couldn't see me for almost 2 weeks. To cut an already long story short I actually ended up with a bacterial infection, went to another dentist and had to be prescribed anti-biotics. That tooth needed a root canal afterall and I found another dentist to perform this treatment. I refuse to go back to the A4 Praxis to have my crowns fitted. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Auch wir waren geschockt über dem plötzlichen Tod von Dr. Marcus. Wir sind der Praxis treu geblieben und jetzt bei Frau Heuck. Frau Heuck ist eine sehr nette Zahnärztin und auch ich als Angsthase brauche keine Angst zu haben. Auch mit Kindern ist sie super, sie erklärt und zeigt alles. Ich hoffe, dass uns die Praxis noch lange erhalten bleibt.
