Ich war gestern wegen meines Canon-Druckers hier. Der nette Herr im Geschäft hat den Drucker schnell und unkompliziert wieder zum Laufen gebracht. Er war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen! Top!!! 😊

Rat und Tat aber nicht alles klappt. Technik ist ja auch nicht perfekt.

this place was the last resort to enable us to print some important docs for the next day. we picked a basic printer, quite in a rush. only at home did we notice that it doesn't come with a usb cable. and fair enough - but i would expect the guy to mention this, especially if that meant an opportunity to upsell. but i guess this shop is used to locals buying printers every day, probably to print GIFs to post them to one another, considering what a technological backwater Germany is. thanks for politely selling us a useless paperweight.
