My mouth? It’s a feisty justice-seeking, no-BS truth cannon. Way too outspoken and dry for German comfort. I got less filter than a 90s cigarette ad. Usually earns me silent treatments and death glares, but in the possible scenario of receiving an actual fist to my face, I already know where I’ll crawl to, swollen-lipped and unrepentant: Zahnreich. First stop. No hesitation. They set the bar high. A lighthouse in a foggy-ass society. I’ve had great experiences with every dentist here. Competent, confident, and friendly. That said, Dr. Weickum is my main squeeze when it comes to treatments. His explanations are clear, his advice is thoughtful, and his actual dental work? Always on point. What truly sets him apart: he’s incredibly neurodivergent- and socially awkward-friendly. Calm, patient, honest, never pushy and totally fine if you need to process things in your own rhythm. No dismissiveness, just real human connection… with a side of dry humor and the occasional business idea exchange. 😂🤝 If you’re someone who finds medical appointments overstimulating or socially draining, he is your dentist. The rest of the team is usually warm and professional, and PZR cleanings are always satisfying. Gentle but thorough, and you walk out feeling refreshed instead of roughed up. Also worth noting: the new building is fantastic. Modern, bright, super clean, and actually very well air-conditioned, which in German medical offices is still rare enough to mention. Highly recommend to anyone, but especially if you're looking for excellent dental care without the social or sensory stress. Todays adventure was a good pregnancy dental care session.

Sehr enttäuschend – nie wieder! Ich habe noch nie eine so schlechte Erfahrung bei einem Zahnarzt gemacht wie bei Zahnreich Heidelberg. Von Anfang an war der Umgang unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Die Behandlung wirkte hektisch, lieblos und ohne jegliche Erklärung. Auf meine Fragen wurde kaum eingegangen – ich fühlte mich weder ernst genommen noch gut aufgehoben. Leider muss ich einen Stern geben – verdient hätte die Praxis keinen einzigen, eher einen Minus-Stern. So sollte man als Patient definitiv nicht behandelt werden. Für mich war das der erste und letzte Besuch.
