I ordered a set of four passepartouts from this company. Their online ordering system defaulted to a completely unrelated size. I failed to check the receipt and am now stuck with 54 euros worth of useless passepartouts, which the company has told me is my problem. Oh well. But the order (which was meant to involve smaller borders than many similar companies will do - didn't though - the passepartouts I received were large and thick) cost twice as much as it would have from rival firms. I thought I was paying so much because of the tiny borders, but was informed that there would have been an even bigger premium on them if the order had been made successfully. They came in a nice box though.
