GoogleUsed their services for maintenance and got broken screws and pinched cables as a result. Was told screws got broken because my machine is old, but the cable was overlooked and is sticking through the side of the panel that had the screws broken. All evidence suggests fast, sloppy work, overlooked pinched cable and forcing the bolts in the screws. I was not presented the bolts, that would've probably given away the force used against the screws, so to break. Don't go there with expensive machines. Their work can be sloppy. Unacceptable for service.
