Mein Mann war jahrelang guter Kunde bei Such und Find. Nach seinem Tod war ich kurz vor Pfingsten im Laden und habe die Eisenbahnsammlung (Märklin/Bemo 47 Loks, 58 Wagen, Startpackungen sowie div. Zubehör, Bücher) angeboten. Die Liste wurde kurz überflogen (Kommentar: bunte Mischung). Es war an diesem Tag etwas hektisch im Laden und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Generation die Interesse für Eisenbahn hat, stirbt und die nächste Generation kein Interesse hat und dass er jetzt in den Urlaub geht. Er würde im Juli die Liste durchschauen. Kontaktdaten/Telefonnr. stand drauf. Bis heute habe ich keine Rückmeldung von Such und Find erhalten. Auch wenn man kein Interesse am Ankauf hat, sollte man so viel Anstand haben, dies kurz mitzuteilen. Daran sieht man wie die Kundschaft in diesem Geschäft wertgeschätzt wird.
