Food was very good. service was slow as not enough servers for the number of tables imo. drinks came about 10 mins apart even though ordered at the same time.

Maybe the food was not bad bad, it was edible, but it was soulless. It was cooked by someone who doesn’t like what he or she does. It makes the Mexican food imitation in the US taste authentic and delicious!
