Eigentlich 0 Sterne. Ich habe mich als neuer Mandant vorgestellt und telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Der Herr versprach eine Rückmeldung, doch seit einem Monat habe ich nichts mehr gehört – weder eine Antwort auf meine WhatsApp-Nachricht noch einen Rückruf. Ganz große Klasse.
