Wat een keuze aan taarten! Prachtig gezicht, ook heerlijke smaak. Boven is ook zitruimte, wel een beetje gedateerd, toiletten zijn maar matig.

Ich war heute sehr enttäuscht vom Verhalten von Frau B. Venus. Ihr Auftreten war herablassend und mir gegenüber deutlich ausländerfeindlich. Ich erwarte in einem Geschäft, in dem ich ebenso mein Geld lasse wie jeder andere Kunde, eine respektvolle und gleichwertige Behandlung. Freundlichkeit und Professionalität sollten selbstverständlich sein – leider habe ich das hier nicht erfahren. Ich hoffe sehr, dass das Management diesen Vorfall ernst nimmt und dafür sorgt, dass alle Kunden unabhängig von ihrer Herkunft mit dem gleichen Respekt behandelt werden. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I recently visited this breakfast cafe with a group of 13 people and had a mixed experience. While the quality of the food was good, there were several significant drawbacks that overshadowed the positives. Firstly, the seating arrangement was extremely uncomfortable for larger groups. The cafe lacked adequate seating options for parties of more than five, forcing us to sit separately. This made it difficult to enjoy a communal dining experience. Another major issue was the lack of restroom facilities. With just one small toilet available for all the customers, there were often long queues, especially during peak hours. One of the most absurd incidents occurred when we placed our orders. Although all 13 of us ordered at least a cafe or drink, only 6 or 7 opted for breakfast. Surprisingly, we were charged twice for those who decided to share their breakfasts, citing a policy called "Räuberteller" and charging cost was 7.5 Euros. This double charging for shared meals seemed excessive and left us feeling exploited. It is disheartening when a restaurant prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. Overall, I cannot recommend this breakfast cafe due to the various issues we encountered during our visit. It appeared that the establishment was more interested in finding ways to charge customers additional fees than in improving the overall quality of service.
