GoogleWhile waiting in the queue the crew and captain were very rude to us and did not let us board the boat even though we had shown them the tickets. Later on when waiting in the queue to order food the same person who was rude during boarding, asked if he could help us with ordering, when we started to order he then told us that he wasn’t a waiter and that we’d need to wait. Very bad experience overall. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

GoogleIch hatte zu wenig Öl auf der Maschine. Ein Anruf, kurz am Steg im Teltow Kanal angelegt und sofortige Hilfe mit 1 l Öl von einem netten und kompetenten Mechaniker. Meine Urlaubswoche war gerettet. Viiieeelen Dank!

GoogleThese men are liars, they took the money but did not give the original papers for the boat and the cart. They act as if they knew nothing about it. Mr. Mahlo also ran away from the police, they are hiding in Berlin. They do not want to communicate. The boat is in our garden and we cannot even register it because we are missing the original papers. Fraudsters. They need to be reported.
