Had TU/AU in Sep 2023 and failed due to slightly increased DPF exhaust values. There was a service recall from BMW related to exhaust system (AGR & Software Update), decided to perform it to hopefully solve the problem. After this update, the values became x10 worse (from 400k diesel particles to 4M). I came back to Hubauer to raise a complaint to fix the problem and at least return it to the previous state. Consultant admitted the problem and promised to check what happened. After that, I only got verbal message that it will cost me €5k to fix the problem (DPF change and some other parts). Thanks a lot for such a great update and service!! On top of that, I received a bill for "diagnosis" that I never asked for, and never seen any results of this procedure. So I didn't get any single paper from Hubauer, except of the bill. Obviously, no one replied to my emails and BMW customer service was useless as well. Happy to provide all the evidence (AU results before / after "service"). As a proud BMW owner, this is such a shame to have a customer service like that...
