Not great. They kept me waiting while the service associate was on his computer for 10 minutes, then he got up without greeting me and went to get a cup of coffee. I had an appointment. After getting his coffee, and wasting a few more minutes, he acknowledged my presence, got my info, and told me to wait. Another associate was on her computer, and let me wait another 10 minutes before sorting out my appointment. Aside from that, there was no creamer, sugar, or sweetener at the coffee machine, something I've never seen at all the other BMW dealers I've been to. Really very poor .
