GoogleBeginners are not welcome in this place. The staff is not helpful at all, just do the auto checking your self in a computer, give them the money and sign you take all responsibility of what happens there. Then do not bother them with anything. Bad faces for asking them how does anything work. No indications on how to begin with the easier ways. Not even informing which equipment you need to be safe. We paid almost 20€ per person for 4 hours. We could save the day because some climbers there could take 1 min to explain the basic 1 min to show us how to be safe. But I'd not recommend the place unless you already know everything and just need some walls. Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. To top it up, 20min before closing they were calling people to go out.

GoogleIch war im Urlaub in Saarbrücken, wir kamen immer wieder ins Restaurant, weil das Essen sehr lecker ist und der Raum sehr gemütlich ist und genau wie die Behandlung der Kellner, außer heute, wurden wir von einem Jungen namens Adrián bedient! Seine Behandlung war schrecklich, schrecklich, seine Aufmerksamkeit ist 0/10, seine Aufmerksamkeit war so schlecht, dass wir sicher nicht zurückgekehrt wären, wenn sie sich am ersten Tag um uns gekümmert hätten. Es ist bedauerlich, weil der Ort sehr gut ist, genau wie die anderen Kellner, aber diese Aufmerksamkeit schadet dem Moment total!

GoogleAlso Personal sehr unfreundlich später hat eine Klasse Wasser gekauft und sie dachten es sei kostenlos später kostete es aber 2,50€ aber auf der Speisekarte stand 2€

GoogleHad to call the police on these guys. They have threatened to physically assault me. They thought I would be scared and would run away without rightfully asking my money and phone back for the service they have failed to do. That is not about me though. I have it all recorded on my phone, which they wanted to take from me. Planning to initiate a legal action against them. It is up to 1 year imprisonment under Section 241 of the German Civil Code. Do not recommend to anyone.
