I am extremely disappointed with Sparkasse Immobilien. After confirming, sharing the documents and mutual agreement to buy a house, I waited almost 7 weeks — but the agent never initiated the notary process. I prepared everything on my side, even got my mortgage approved, and in the end I was told the house would be sold to someone else. I invested so much time, hope, and energy, and lost other opportunities because I trusted this process. This experience was heartbreaking and very frustrating. I honestly cannot recommend Sparkasse Immobilien after what I went through.
