Abysmal.. I have gone to these guys twice now for windshield replacement. The first time, it was about a week wait and finished quickly. However, anytime I drove over 40km/h it sounded like wind was blowing in from somewhere, I asked about it when I had them replace the windshield molding that fell off after that visit. It cobtinued to do that until the windshield cracked again about a year later. The second time, I set it up for them to do the repair, despite my previous experience with them. On this occasion I was informed after two months of calling that the windshield molding was on backorder and that they would call me. I informed them that I think I have two of that part that I ordered when it fell off a second time after they replaced the first windshield. . They seemed hesitant to accept that I had the right part, and offered no solution or efforts to confirm the part. 5.5 months later I called again, and was told the same about part being on backorder, that Ford wouldn't send them overseas any longer, and that another customer ordered it themselves and got it within a week. I told them that I think I have had it since before I even set up for them to replace it. They tried verifying this time. They emailed me a very vague schematic looking thing with part numbers. I took a picture of what I had and sent it. They told me that they would speak with parts people about it and get back to me. I heard nothing for a week so I contacted again. No response in email, so I called, they told me that the part is now expected in 3 days time and they would call me. I called them a week and a half later they "squeezed me in" a couple days later. Upon arriving to pay and collect my vehicle at the time given to me, they were talking with someone for a few minutes before acknowledging me, then said it would be 5 or 6 minutes because they have it finished, but needed to remove the tape and clean it up. So, about 30 minutes later they brought my car out, I got in and nearly had an asthma attack(i dont have asthma) because it smelled like grandma had one of her chainsmoking parties in my vehicle.. would not ever go back here. The windshield at least seems good this time, so far...
