Miserable experience. Zero subject matter knowledge and zero initiative. * Expected waiting time 6 months, actual 9 months. No proactive communication, and when you do ask it's "oh, any day now" for like two months straight. * Only when the car arrives does the dealer order the winter wheels and other extras -> more waiting. * Discussed that I need a tow hitch several times, dealer forgot it anyway. * Not the faintest idea how export paperwork works. They literally don't even know what an Ausfuhrbegleitdokument (ABD) is. * When the car has been sitting there for a month and we plan the pick up appointment for the last week or so, the night before it turns out the car hasn't actually been prepared/cleaned and this needs to be done last minute. * You must bug them for every little bit of paper and half the time it's "we don't know what this is, never had to get one before".
