Das absolut letzte was es Werkstatt gibt. Werkstattmeister gibt falsche Auskunft über die Dauer der Reperatur. Machen 45 Minuten Pause vor Feierabend, eventuell damit die Stunden voll werden.👎

La trattattiva è stata seguita a distanza, il signor Creutz è stato gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo all'arrivo dell'auto abbiamo riscontrato dei problemi e in officina ci hanno detto che bisognava sostituire la pompa elettrica e il compressore del clima. Abbiamo contattato il signor Creutz il giorno stesso dell'arrivo dell'auto (come da CMR)appena abbiamo capito che qualcosa non andava, ma purtroppo ci ha risposto che lui ha consegnato un auto senza problemi e che dopo quasi un mese non era più una sua responsabilità. Il viaggio è stato lungo perché ci troviamo in Sardegna, ma l'auto ha in ogni caso viaggiato su un camion, e i problemi riscontrati non potevano essere stati causati dal trasporto. Resta il fatto che noi abbiamo acquistato e ricevuto un auto che ha dei problemi dei quali non eravamo stati informati, di conseguenza neanche il cliente, e che oltretutto, questo ci causa delle spese extra non previste. Diciamo che non è corretto.

Very unprofessional. We talked about a price on the phone, my brother went to see the car for me and after we told them we wanted to buy it, they said they couldn't sell us the car for that money and had to raise the price. So when we asked them to give us a price, they refused to give it because it depends if the car needs some repairs (which we have to pay for) and other aberrations.
