!!!!! WARNING Scammer !!!! I reserved a focus st mk3 from his post on autoscout24, i paid a reservation (10% of the price so 1380€) to block the vehicule while i was waiting for the funds from my bank. 5 days later, he says he wants to cancel the sell because it's too slow for him, so i claim for a refund. (He canceled so it's not my fault AND i have 14 days to change my mind after i sign a contract or anything else to buy it EU law). He said, he paid the TÜV and other services to prepare the vehicul so he keeps the 10% to refund his services (while he initiate the cancelation). I had to contact and open a case on the european consumer center's, and (if he don't refund me) go to the justice to maybe get MY money back.
