Ein Service wie man Ihn nur noch selten findet. Seit über 20 Jahren bin ich sehr zufriedener Kunde im Autohaus Peter. Das Team und der Centerleiter Marco Simon sind stets bemüht Lösungen zu finden, ob bei der Terminvergabe, Werkstattdauer oder Reparaturkosten. Auch Beratung und Verkauf stehen hier ganz oben. Das junge Team passt gut zusammen und greift Hand in Hand zusammen. Der überwältigende Service verdient ein großes Dankeschön.

Leider musste ich nach mehreren völlig katastrophalen Werkstattbesuchen das Autohaus in dem ich meinen Ford Mondeo gekauft habe wechseln. Kein einziger Werkstattbesuch ohne gravierenden Mangel oder Fehler in Ausführung und /oder Abrechnung.

Als u een vakgarage zoekt waar kennis, kwaliteit en service een vanzelfsprekendheid is, dan moet u bij Autohaus Albertsmeyer in Mühlhausen zijn. Onze VW California had een kapotte motor en moest vervangen worden. Wij hebben een goede service gehad en samen met nog een aantal andere werkzaamheden is de camper weer als nieuw. Monteurs van Albertsmeyer bedankt! Wij komen graag weer terug voor onderhoud.

I called to buy an Audi A4 and spoke to Mr. MATTHIAS HOFFMANN: I told him that I am interested in the car and what I have to do to buy it. He replied that the car is available and that I should send him the documents to make the contract. I sent him the documents by email immediately on February 20, but a few days have passed without receiving an answer. I write him another email and he replies that he cannot make the contract because the car returns from rental on February 28. I write to him that I urgently need the car because I need it. He replies that the car is reserved and sold to me. On March 1, I write to him again to find out if the contract is ready and he replies that the car has been in an accident and that he will not sell it to me and that he has no other cars for me. I wrote to him to send me photos of the damage and that I am interested in buying it anyway. To this day, he no longer responds to emails or phone calls or even on WhatsApp !!!

I highly reccomend this autohaus! I bought car 4 months ago there and it is in perfect condition! Also Mr. Christian Henning is the best salesman there who explains everything, take you for a ride to test a car and most importatnly - he still take care for you after you buy a car. I messaged him 2 times already with small favors and he always find time to talk with me. Also once I noticed that oil level i very low so i came to him and he immediatelly took the car to workshop and after 20 min he was back. They refilled more oil, tested what happened and it appeared that on last service there was not enough reffiled. Customer service from this man is at highest level and whoever get him on the phone - he will end up with very nice car :)
