Typical Renault Service behavior! They have no experience on these cars, they don't know how to repair and fix issues that goes beyond the "standard" maintenance. My bad experience was not only with this specific Renault Service, but with every Renault Service in Germany (I brought the car to 5 different workshops and the outcome has been always the same... very bad!) I'm going to get rid of this car as quick as I can and will go for a more affordable, reliable and professional brand! Renault Germany has the worst car customer service I've ever had in my life. Stay away, if you don't want to waste your time and money!
