VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! When we walked through the shopping street during our stay in Baden-Baden, I was very excited when I came across the "eyes and more" store. Since I have been looking for nice glasses for a long time and had heard many good things about them, I rushed in. We were immediately spoken to in German by a lady who works there. We are Belgians so we don't understand German. I then said in English that unfortunately we cannot understand her, and asked if she also speaks English. Suddenly we hear a man behind the counter say "only German" in a very brutal and rude manner. This one also looked at us very sternly and angrily. The woman also repeated these words and could not even smile anymore. Because they looked at us very reproachfully, we immediately got the feeling that we were not welcome. We were so shocked by this very unfriendly "welcome" that we immediately left. I still can't believe how rude these salespeople were. We visited the store on Friday, May 31, 2024 around noon. Ain't gonna see this face again.
