Dr. Thomas Hamacher ist ein fachlich wie auch menschlich hervorragender Augenarzt. Er betreut meine gesamte Familie und mich seit Jahren bestens. Das gesamte Praxisteam präsentiert sich stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir sind für diese exzellente Betreuung sehr dankbar und können die Praxis uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – besonders in der heutigen Zeit, in der die Terminfindung oft eine Herausforderung darstellt.

The rudest doctor I have ever went in Germany. I went to this clinic with my 5 year old son with special needs. During the first examination he was calm and did the test twice. Thanks to the lady on reception, she was very kind and helping my kid. Unfortunately in the next room my son got a bit uncomfortable and did not do any test ( reading numbers and identifying images). We tried to help him but it didn’t got well. Then the doctor came and told us that we should not be coming to the clinic if our child is not cooperating. He was very rude and very arrogant with his tone. Without even trying, he is started telling me things like you are the mother , you should know that kid is not cooperative. I would have happily left and come next time if he had the right tone and atleast tried checking my child once. If this is a requirement , please put it clearly on all the platforms because as parents I can confirm no one knows when the child will deny cooperation, specially when he is a kid with special needs. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.
