Das diese Firma ein toller Arbeitgeber ist kann ich nicht bestätigen. Hatte mich im Oktober 24 bei der Firma vorgestellt für ein Gastrojob in MD. Nach nachfrage nach einer Woche kam keine Antwort, dann ich solle in 14 Tagen mich melden, daraufhin sagte mir die Mitarbeiterin sie müsse erst ihre Arbeit beenden um dann sich um mich zu kümmern, das sind Ausreden, werben mit dringend gesucht, aber will man Arbeiten wird man hingehalten, die wollen keinen vermitteln, nur die Daten mehr nicht, wie bei allen anderen Zeitarbeitsfirmen.

I appreciate that this agency gave me a job when I needed one, and I am thankful for that opportunity. However, my experience with the management was disappointing. I developed severe back pain due to the physical nature of the work. I informed them that I couldn't work from the next day atleast for one week and I will be visiting a doctor. I had already completed more than my contracted monthly working hours, and I was initially told that they will take me out for that and reinitiate after that period. After few hours, my name appeared on the shift schedule. When I asked whether it was a mistake, I was asked to come to the agency office. There, I was informed that my contract was being terminated. They then asked me to work that day's shift before ending the contract the following day. As an international student, this was a difficult situation because I had no backup job and was dealing with significant pain. I am currently undergoing physiotherapy. I understand that businesses have operational needs, but I believe employees should be treated with more understanding when they face genuine health issues. Better communication and management would have made this experience much more positive.
