They work with “Social Helfa” for animals – for people with low income or those who have lost their jobs and need urgent surgery for their pets. This makes things much easier. They are excellent, fast, give everyone their time, and answer all questions. My experience was very good.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other pet owners can make informed decisions. Last year, we brought our cat in for treatment and one of those treatments involved antibiotics. However, after consulting two other veterinarians after the incident, we were told there was no medical reason to prescribe antibiotics in that situation. This raised serious concerns for us about how treatment decisions are made at this clinic. Additionally, we have been repeatedly contacted since October 2023 about an invoice that we already fully paid (in cash and by bank transfer) and provided proof of payment multiple times — both on the same day and again via email in March. Despite this, the clinic has continued to send us the same payment requests, even adding €10 recently without explanation. This ongoing situation has caused us significant stress and anxiety, and unfortunately, no one ever answers the phone when we try to resolve this. We hope the clinic reviews its internal processes — both medical and administrative — so that others do not have to go through a similar experience

Zwei unfreundliche Damen, die nicht Mal einen helfen können. Ich sollte doch zum Arzt gehen. Jetzt in Corona Zeiten, wo die Arzt Praxen viel zu tun haben. In dieser Apotheke gehe ich nie wieder hin. Inkompetent und unfreundlich sind diese zwei Frauen. Eine sollte Ihre Maske richtig aufsetzen, kein Wunder das der Virus überall gestreut wird. Die sollten Mal ein Coaching machen, wie man mit Kunden umgehen soll.

Gut sortierte Apotheke im Frankfurt Sandweg. Nicht vorhandene Produkte werden schnell nachbestellt, dazu kommt gute Beratung bei der Auswahl der Medikamente. Die Öffnungszeiten sind gut geeignet, um auch nach der Arbeit noch schnell das passende Medikament zu erhalten. Hier kom e ich gerne wieder her, um mich beraten zu lassen.
