Order #279437 arrived with 3 of the 6 packages damaged. The packaging was compromised and the contents were spilling out. I sent Buxtrade photographs showing the damage. They initially offered replacements, but only on condition that the damaged goods were returned. By then, the leaking packages had already been disposed of because they were creating a significant mess. After I explained this, Buxtrade refused both a replacement and a refund. Given the photographic evidence and the fact that half the shipment arrived damaged, I found this response extremely disappointing. I would not order from Buxtrade again.
