Unprofessional, money-oriented and lazy staff! Unfortunately my experience was completely opposite to the positive feedback here! I had a short appointment for a tartar removal, that's why I am leaving feedback only regarding the dental hygiene. The beginning of the appointment was promising when the main dentist has gently took care of my problematic tooth, however, the rest of the appointment was awful, when his assistant - Maria, took over. She cleaned ONLY the front teeth in a careless manner!! My teeth and gums are still sensitive after one month after the cleaning, a few of my teeth are scratched now and it's outrageous! Also, I am surprised why only the front teeth were cleaned, when the main tartar was (and it's still there) in between of the molar teeth. Highly not recommended this dental clinic!

Frau Dr. Zhobro hat eine tolle Beratung gemacht und das Ergebnis ist sehr, sehr schön geworden. Auch der freundliche Zahntechniker hat sich viel Zeit genommen und kam zwei Mal zum Termin dazu, um vor Ort zu schauen, ob alles gut sitzt. Danke! Die Zähne sehen perfekt aus :) Ich bin schon viele Jahre beim OPI und immer zufrieden rausgegangen.

Mit würde ein Termin von meiner Krankenkasse vermittelt. Nach dem ersten Kontakt mit der Praxis hat sich dann herausgestellt, dass der tatsächliche Termin erst 4 Wochen später ist. Der Beratungstermin zu den Weisheitszähnen endetet in einem Missverständnis. Ein zweiter Beratungstermin war dann besser aber auf eine OP hätte ich noch 6 Montate warten müssen. Daraufhin habe ich die Praxis gewechselt.
