Fühle mich immer sehr wohl in der Praxis! Frau Dr. Bollmann ist eine wirklich tolle und einfühlsame Ärztin. Man kriegt sehr zügig Termine und der Selfcheck-In ist super! Bin damals nur zur Vertretung hier gewesen aber bin froh nun gewechselt zu haben.

Already done my blood check a week ago and haven’t received my report. Today when I call to remind them they said come and collect. Wow”, in AI time still make paper reports, they don’t have digital reports. How Germany’s gonna move forward!!?? I was disappointed because a receptionist staff told me there's no digital report and she refused to send me over email and insisted me to go to clinic if I want my reports. Well, It's just a feedback on your services which needs work on. Thanks
