Auf Empfehlung einer Freundin war ich heute das erste Mal bei Dresjan und Schier. Ich suchte nach einer einlagefähigen Sandale und war begeistert von der großen und modernen Auswahl. Bedient wurde ich von einer kompetenten Mitarbeiterin, die mich gut beraten hat und der auch nichts zuviel war, um mir passende Modelle zu zeigen. Vielen Dank dafür. Ich kann dieses Schuhgeschäft bestens weiterempfehlen und werde meine nächsten Schuhe wieder dort kaufen.

Very bad treatment from one the mall employees. We visited the Kö Galerie in Düsseldorf for the first time and experienced a highly unpleasant incident that I would like to share. During our visit, we came across a piano and politely asked one of the staff members if my daughter could play a well-known piece. The staff member granted permission and even encouraged her to play. My daughter started playing, and passersby were delighted- it was a beautiful moment that was abruptly disrupted by a very rude supervisor. This woman aggressively interrupted my daughter's playing, even though my daughter remained polite. When I explained that we had been given permission, she dismissed it in a disrespectful tone, insisting she alone decided what was allowed. It became clear that her actions were motivated not by a supposed piano-playing rule, but by prejudice. My daughter was deeply hurt, feeling publicly humiliated and questioning why she was treated this way despite doing nothing wrong. My younger children, who witnessed the scene, were frightened and even feared the police might be called due to her aggressive behavior. It was a traumatic experience for our entire family. This woman’s behavior was not only disrespectful but also discriminatory, leaving us with the impression that we were less welcome due to our background. Such racist and demeaning actions are unacceptable, especially when directed at children who are German citizens, born and raised in this country. I hope the Kö Galerie takes this incident seriously and implements measures to ensure all visitors are treated with respect and dignity. This was not the experience we expected from such a prominent location.

Hier war ich nach 1989 mal wieder. Damals glänzte der Luxus. Davon ist man heute weit entfernt. Es wirkt hier billig, fast wie in Centern, die es überall gibt, auch den sichtbaren Leerstand... traurig!

Absolutely not recommending it. They charge you 35 euros for checking your eye numbers if you don't buy from them. Other nearby shops do it for free. Also when they realize you are not interested in any of their products, suddenly get unfriendly. At least try to pretend until the end. We could find much nicer frames with the same price ranges in nearby shops. Update, response to the manager: Thank you for your reply. Actually the other shops also did it carefully and the result was accurate but still for free. Also I came to your shop with a pair of glasses and wanted to buy another one, so I believe you could have guessed the results :)
