Ich war mit meinem Besuch grundsätzlich zufrieden: Der Haarschnitt bei Shayla, die Farbe von Nadine und das Haarewaschen durch eine weitere Kollegin waren allesamt professionell, und alle drei sehr freundlich. Dafür ein herzliches Dankeschön! Leider hat der Umgang an der Rezeption einen negativen Beigeschmack hinterlassen. Beim Bezahlen musste ich zunächst warten, bis der Kollege vom Handy aufsah – kein großes Thema, aber es wirkte unaufmerksam.…
I had done haircut with Jayla and the service was great. They do speak English and always make us feel comfortable. Again I visited for hair colour and Emily did a fantastic colour. They are real professionals and gave really great suggestions on hair colour or hair style customized to each individual . Would love to visit again and thank you for your amazing service
Had a wonderful experience getting layers done with Jayla. I really appreciated how she took the time to understand what I wanted, and when I came back to tweak the front a bit more to my liking, the salon was super welcoming and Jayla was happy to make the adjustment — no stress at all. The final result looks great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who really cares about customer satisfaction.
Ich bin absolut begeistert! Lena hat es geschafft, meine roten Haare in ein wunderschönes, natürlich wirkendes Dunkelblond zu verwandeln. Und das in nur einer Sitzung. Ein echtes Wunder! Super herzlich, professionell und mit viel Feingefühl. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Ich komme jetzt seit über einem Jahr regelmäßig zu Hina zum Strähnen. Termine bekomme ich immer auch kurzfristig und ich habe noch nie warten müssen. This is my second haircut at the branch in Frankfurt and I love my new haircut. Thanks to Jayla and Maya, they are very skilled and very friendly. The highlight to me at this place is that you get what you ask for exactly and they communicate efficiently in English, so no stress if you don't speak German. I walked out of the saloon with shiny well styled hair. They give a scalp message, use good quality shampoo, treatments, and styling products.
Ich war gestern bei Concept P und absolut begeistert. Dies war zwar nicht mein erster Besuch aber diesmal war ich bei Lena und sie hat es genauso gemacht wie ich es wollte. Ich wurde sehr gut und professionell beraten und auch von den Kolleginnen freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Absolute Hammerfrisur. 1000 Dank ich bin sehr glücklich darüber.

Ich bin nun seit über vier Jahren Kundin bei Concept P in Frankfurt und mehr als zufrieden. Der Service und die Beratung sind immer perfekt für mich und wenn ich doch mal etwas nachträglich verändern möchte, ist das überhaupt kein Problem :) Vielen Dank an das Team für eure tolle Arbeit!

Jayla is so great at her job - both hair coloring and cutting. Cannot recommend her enough! She also speaks good English :)
Jayla was wonderful . I would highly recommend her and this hair salon. I was visiting and chose randomly and I could not have been happier with getting my roots coloured. I felt so comfortable I also had a trim. Jayla speaks English and gives a wonderful head massage too. I wish I lived in Frankfurt so I could come here regularly .
