Cakes may be good but the cake order process is very cumbersome and misleading. According to the website no cake orders are currently accepted; upon calling to confirm I was informed to send an email via the website. Nevertheless there was no reply after several days, prompting me to call to check and send a second email. if there was a possibility to give zero stars I would. the old man who served me was rude. it says they accept card on google but the old man said they only accept cash which is weird. I ordered a cake slice and the man told me to wait outside which is very weird as you want your food to be prepared infront of you. when I said I don't have cash he took the cake away rudely and said few words in his language which I clearly did not understand but …
We are not going there for sure! The owner's attitude is cold with all these non sense rules about hygiene! We didn't feel welcomed at all ,as if we were dangerous to conteminate her cakes! And the cakes are so so, the floors are so dirty!! Full of dusts and hair!
I love taking friends here. Sometimes I wish the Café itself was more spacious, but the location also is part of the charm. The cakes are carefully made and presented nicely, all of the flavours are popular in Japan, but most are international as well. Their lattes, with are more milkshake like drinks, are delicious

Leckerer Kuchen, netter Verkäufer. Wir waren zuerst verwirrt weil der Eingang ebenfalls zu einem anderen Salon führt, und weil der Eingang mit einer Kette versperrt war - man soll davor warten, bis man bedient wird. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach angemessen, die Kuchen sehen lecker aus und schmecken auch sehr gut. Zum vor Ort essen ist nicht sehr viel Platz, bei Mitnahme des Essens wird das Essen aber gut verpackt.
Wenn du wie ich Desserts mit einem Hauch von Milch und wenig Zucker magst, musst du unbedingt ihre Mousse probieren.
Des erstmal als ich in Düsseldorf war, bin ich mehrfach an den Laden vorbei gelaufen. Und dachte mir "Die Törtchen sehen verdammt Lecker und wunderschön aus." Nachdem ich innerhalb zwei Wochen Aufenthalt mehrfach vorbeigelaufen bin, konnte ich nicht wiederstehen und musste einfach mir zwei von deren klein Törtchen kaufen! Der Kuchen ist sehr lecker und geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider ist die Bedienung einfach nur unverschämt und unfreundlich.
