Poor ventilation of the room without air conditioning, and a domitary room of 8 people have one standing fan to share, Bravo ! Never again gonna book from this chain of hostel.
Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist sehr heiß. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ich empfehle es bei diesem heißen Wetter nicht.

Die Preis Leistung ist absolut top. Die Zimmer sind schlicht und sauber, das Bad etwas klein, aber völlig ausreichend. Der Check in war schnell und einfach, alles sehr sauber und am Eingang ist ein gemütlicher Sitzbereich und ein Workspace.
Trotz Fenster zur Straße habe ich davon nichts mitbekommen.
Einzig der Ventilator auf dem Zimmer hatte einen kaputten Fuß und wir haben ihn angelehnt. Er sollte aber repariert werden.
Alles in allem also top!

I had very bad experience. The service was worth I feel so uncomfortable there no air condition nothing it was very bad service no cleaning so bad rooms I was so unhappy to stay there. My whole journey was worth because of the hotel.

It was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. I couldn't even sleep, which is the most basic expectation from a hostel. We rented a private room for five people, and they gave us a room in the basement. Because it was a basement, the windows could only be opened slightly from the top. The room became incredibly hot and stuffy at night. Finally, I gave up and slept on the couch in the lobby.

Well I am a frequent user of A & O. I have stayed in Prague, Munich and Berlin A & O. This time my stay is here in Stuttgart. Its already my 2nd day and I am not able to have a comfortable sleep because of heat. Its very hot and there is no proper ventilation in room. Feels like I am in sauna. Even though there is one fan in the room yet the air doesn't come if you get a corner bunk that too the top one.

Quite the unpleasant experience, the hallways and rooms smell of cigarettes, there were crying children in the roaming the street, no air conditioning whatsoever for 90° f heat, I do not recommend

No ac. No fans available. Windows in room don’t open. Staff is 100% unhelpful with anything.
Police in the lobby when I checked in due to a fight.
There is a heat warning and they won’t let me cancel or shorten my stay. This place feels like literal hell.

It was a great experience. The staff was nice and the check-in very fast. We were only staying for one night, but it was just perfect for that. There is a small parking lot near the hotel which is great.

Super hotel! Goede ervaring. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Ondanks het warme weer buiten was het in de kamer lekker koud. We waren hier voor een enkele overnachting en de ervaring was top. Ontbijt was goed aangevuld en lekker. Goed te vinden en het OV is super dichtbij, je bent zo in het centrum. Zeker een aanrader!
