Zu kleine Tische und ungemütliche Hocker im Zimmer schränken das Zimmererlebnis ein.
Dafür bietet die Lobby genug. Musik, TV, Leute.
Schnarchende Leute ruinieren das Schlafen.
Daher am Besten zukünftig 2 Klassen Lösung, Schnarchende Leute in lautes Zimmer, leise wollende Leute in leises Zimmer.
Preis Leistung sehr gut.
I was there for one night and I am disgusted. We had a 4 person room, two beds were not made and there were no towels. There were tissues and used earplugs stuffed in the bunk bed. Brown unidentified stains on the ceiling. Very small and claustrophobic bathroom. But the breakfast was good, tasty coffee and nice cups.

L' hôtel est très bien situé, on peut visiter la ville à pied après avoir laissé la voiture au parking ( réservé en avance). L accueil est sympathique, les chambres propres ( quoique la douche soit petite). Je suis venue avec mes enfants et suis satisfaite de mon séjour!

Le négatif en avance (pas beaucoup des choses négatives). Il faisait chaud dans la chambre, bon c'était l'été et ma chambre étais du côté de l'est et les fenêtres ne ouvrent beaucoup. L'autre problème grave, l'hôtel est à côté de la gare de train. C'est du bruit toute la journée, toute la soirée et toute la nuit ÇA N'ARRÊTE PAS. Je n'ai pas de problème, mais si tu es sensible au bruit tu dois éviter ce hôtel.
Positif je suis trilangue j'ai trouvé…

Der Flur zu den Zimmern riecht furchtbar. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt wäre schön wenn man bei Temperaturen über 25grad die Fenster auf Kipp lässt. Es war sehr stickig.

Das Personal und die Lage sind ein unschlagbarer Vorteil für unsere Unterkunft in Aachen. Ich finde nur, dass es mehr Badezimmer geben sollte – eins pro Zimmer macht es wirklich schwierig, sich gut zu organisieren. Wahrscheinlich gibt es keinen Platz für ein Gemeinschaftsbad und eine Dusche auf jeder Etage, aber hier ist trotzdem mein Vorschlag.

They make you check in yourself and make the bed, the staff were kind but lied to me about my situation with a future booking that needed to be canceled. When I arrived they changed the room I have booked and put me with a literal homeless woman that kept me up all night. My experience at A&O Aachen Hauptbahnhof was deeply troubling and I would strongly advise against staying here. While an initial check-in hiccup (my assigned bed was already occupied) was handled politely by the first receptionist who found me a new room (012) for my three-night stay, the situation deteriorated alarmingly later that evening.

Das Hotelpersonal ist nett und das Hotel ist sauber, aber 4 Personen in einem Zimmer zu haben, erfordert eine gewisse Verhaltenskontrolle, sonst wird die Nacht die Hölle und auch 3 unsaubere Personen sind schlecht für den Schlaf
